Worker engagement & reporting grievances

In this course, less factual knowledge is imparted, but workers will gain an understanding of the rights and obligations of employers and employees.

For example, the subject is not how high a minimum wage is in the relevant country or province, but that the concept of the minimum wage exists.

Even if there are complaint mechanisms, this may not be understood, and hotlines are either used excessively for topics that are not relevant, or for fear of punishment, such telephone numbers are not used at all.

This course is specifically created to increase the effectiveness of complaint mechanisms, reduce employee turnover, and ensure that grievances are answered quickly to deliver benefits for all stakeholders.
