Understanding social standards, as well as workers’ rights and responsibilities, is also a key prerequisite for effective grievance mechanisms and whistleblower systems – as required by German and EU legislation within companies and across supply chains.
Our digital training approach with personal logins ensures that common social standards are understood and are therefore applied continuously in everyday work. The eLearning courses were developed and tested through rigorous user testing and the involvement of various stakeholders.
Having a workforce with knowledge of social standards and labor rights and obligations is also essential in order to put an effective grievance mechanism or whistleblower system in place, as required by legislation in processing plants throughout the whole supply chain.

Our courses
Our courses are not only relevant due to regulatory requirements, but also because these are the areas where non-compliance is most frequently identified – and they affect the entire workforce, not just management or individual departments.
We cover the social pillar of sustainability – particularly human rights and occupational health and safety, which is recognized as a human right: the right to safe and healthy working conditions.
Our current course offering includes fire safety and hazards, personal workplace safety, and human rights – with a focus on anti-discrimination, communication, and grievance mechanisms.
A basic awareness of these topics is also a key prerequisite for a functioning grievance mechanism.
Each course runs for up to four weeks. Participants log in once a week – for just 15 minutes.
A specialized learning algorithm adapts the content to each user’s individual progress. Thanks to the principle of spaced repetition, key content is reinforced based on learning success.
A KPI dashboard with a wide range of indicators enables real-time monitoring and makes learning progress and results transparent and measurable.

Workplace Safety &
Hazards
This course covers key topics related to fire safety and workplace hazards that are relevant for the entire workforce in day-to-day production settings. Fires and other safety risks remain a major threat – directly impacting all employees. Ongoing education and prevention efforts contribute to a safer work environment and healthier, more satisfied workers.

Workplace Health &
Personal Protection
The aim of this course is to prevent work-related injuries and promote health in the workplace. Participants learn how to identify health risks at an early stage, report violations to supervisors, take responsibility, and act in a solution-oriented way.

Human Rights &
Reporting Grievances
This course provides essential knowledge about human rights, potential violations, and opportunities for participation in the workplace. Participants learn when and how to raise complaints effectively – forming the basis for a functional grievance mechanism, as required by the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive.
